На их сайте появился пост, где граждан предупредили: любой перевод незнакомцу денег, даже 1 рубля, может превратить законопослушного гражданина… в преступника, финансирующего террористов! Например, при покупке на рынке фруктов.
Это… как?! Да вы что??? Конечно же, в инете поднялась волна возмущения. Публикацию быстренько удалили, а юристы поспешили дать объяснение. Конечно же, не всё так просто. Чтобы вас обвинили в переводе средств террористам, важен не только сам факт перевода. Важен именно умысел!
То есть при переводе денег незнакомцу человек – во-первых – должен ЗНАТЬ, что деньги пойдут на преступные цели. И второе: нужны доказательства, подтверждающие его сопричастность, например, переписка. В общем, можно выдохнуть😕
