Военнослужащий из инженерного подразделения Сергей с позывным «Влас» уроженец Владимира. На СВО он отправился добровольно, подписав контракт летом прошлого года. Сначала он был в инженерных войсках, но потом стал сапером-минером. За профессиональное выполнение боевых задач награжден Георгиевским крестом.
«Всем, кто в состоянии и хочет защитить нашу Родину, но пока не может решиться, я говорю, что хватит отсиживаться на диване. Чем быстрее мы выбьем врага, тем быстрее на нашей земле наступит мир. По-другому, к сожалению, не получится», – отметил боец. «Влас» добавил, что победа обязательно будет, но побороться за нее еще придется.

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
