І дуже схоже, що наступну підозру отримає сам Шабунін, якому вже три роки вдається ухилятися від реальної служби в армії і по якому ДБР теж розслідує низку справ.
На думку правоохоронців, комбат хотів скористатися можливостями, які дають йому знайомства Шабуніна, пише «Закон і бізнес». Тож він безпідставно видавав накази про відрядження активіста до НАЗК і до гуманітарних центрів у Харкові та Миколаєві.

In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.”
