Согласно постановлению, которое подписал Максим Кудрявцев, компании «Эллада» (входит в группу «Расцветай») согласовали предложение о КРТ по проспекту Димитрова. Для стройки изменят функциональное зонирование для строительства жилья.
Реализовать КРТ планируют в три этапа:
⏺первый — до 31 декабря 2028 года; ⏺второй — до 30 июня 2030 года; ⏺третий — до 30 июня 2031 года.
В ближайшие годы хотят снести ЦУМ (до 2028-го), реконструировать здание лицея «Надежда Сибири», начать строить жилой дом, а после — деловое здание. В новом ЖК должно поселиться порядка 1 227 человек. Заезжать жители будут с проспекта Димитрова и Вокзальной магистрали.
Прежде чем строить на участке, «Расцветай» должен пройти через публичные слушания и внести изменения в Генплан. В случае, если зонирование участка поменяют, группа построит жилье на месте ЦУМа.
