هشتصدوششمین شب از سلسله شب‌های بخارا با همکاری کانون مهندسین فارغ‌التحصیل دانشکده فنی دانشگاه تهران به دانشکده فنی اختصاص یافته است. در این نشست «ویژه‌نامه دانشکده فنی مجله بخارا» رونمایی خواهد شد.
همچنین بیژن نامدار زنگنه، مقصود فراستخواه، محمود نیلی احمد‌آبادی، محمد شکرچی‌زاده، علیرضا مهنا، محمدرضا تقی‌دخت و علی دهباشی در این‌خصوص سخن خواهند گفت.

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
