انجمن صنفی فرهنگیان خراسان شمالی درگذشت این بزرگمرد مهربان و خوش الحان، مرد ساز و آواز را به خاندان قلی پور و جامعه فرهنگی هنری ایران بویژه اهالی خراسان شمالی غم مباد می‌گوید.

اگر چه استاد #عیسی‌بخشی نازنین از میان ما رفت اما هم نام او تا همیشه زنده و جاری و هم یادگاران او در هنر و موسیقی مقامی خراسان شمالی راه اورا پویا نگه خواهند داشت.
