Недавно СМИ раструбили о «героической» победе проекта реновации Больничного городка на конкурсе Национального объединения изыскателей и проектировщиков (сокращённо – НОПРИЗ).
Награда сама по себе не выглядит, как уникальное достижение строительной отрасли Заполярья. Просто проектировщики заморочились и решили посоревноваться с коллегами – вот и результат/
Иронично, что проект реновации победил в номинации «нереализованные». Это ж как понимать? То есть его точно не реализуют?
При этом, мало кто обратил внимание, что в списке призёров есть ещё один мурманский проект – дом на Павлова, который с переменным успехом возводят на Больничке. Он-то как раз занял второе место в номинации «реализованные». Хотя логичней было бы поставить его в категорию «реализующиеся».
За проектировщиков, конечно, мы порадуемся, а вот что делать с этой победой жителям Больнички – непонятно. ❄️Мурманск.ру
