Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into." For tech stocks, “the main thing is yields,” Essaye said.
