И тут я подумала, ведь можно приготовить их самостоятельно 🔥

Получился очень вкусный йогурт, даже что-то среднее между йогуртом и творожком.

Использовала 1 пакетик закваски (Озон арт. 650436097) на 1400 мл пастеризованного молока. Готовила по инструкции на упаковке.
Нагрела молоко до температуры примерно 38 градусов (измеряла бесконтактным градусником 😁), высыпала пакетик с закваской в молоко и разлила по баночкам.
Йогурт держала 12 часов в мультиварке на режиме «Йогурт».

Также производитель предлагает готовить йогурт в йогуртнице, термосе и даже в банке на батарее
