I usually don't talk about contemporary politics on here, but man this sounds very familiar to what's happening today. Fat pope, skinny pope I guess.

Many quoters of Nietzsche, especially on the Right, embody the very impotence the philosopher opposed. A Winner does not regard his enemies bitterly or go limp over a moment's decadence, rather, he is grateful. An opponent is an opportunity, every set back a set up for change, sometimes great improvement.

Challenge is what allows us to win, and winning is what matters. Impractical, unpleasant thinking is worse than whatever the enemy has in mind. Contemporary losers, calling themselves 'the reaction' or 'the blackpilled', are flaccid, the kind of people that drag down others since they cannot pick up themselves; clear them out.

"The Anglos were the high bred people from the heritage of the breeding Atlantis, of which Plato too reports in his breeding state, and the history of the comparison of the Anglos and the angels, which are said to have been mentioned by the pope Gregory, has an older and deeper factual reason."

“He was concerned only with the naked fundamentals of life. The warm intimacies of small, kindly things, the sentiments and delicious trivialities that make up so much of civilized men's lives were meaningless to him. A wolf was no less a wolf because a whim of chance caused him to run with the watch-dogs. Bloodshed and violence and savagery were the natural elements of the life Conan knew; he could not, and would never, understand the little things that are so dear to civilized men and women.”
- Conan the Barbarian [Robert E Howard]

So this earth declines and falls, every single day;
And so a man cannot become wise
before he has his share of winters in the world. A wise person should be patient,
should not be too hot-hearted, nor too hasty with words,
neither too weak a warrior, nor too reckless,
neither too fearful, nor too quick to rejoice, nor too greedy,
nor ever too eager to boast before he knows for sure.

Today is February 2nd, Imbolc a traditional European holiday.

The name Imbolc derives from Old Irish words meaning ‘the time the sheep’s milk comes’.

Imbolc is a time of hope and preparation, to dedicate oneself to the coming challenges of the growing season. Time to get one’s life in order, to bless the seeds, to ready the tools. Time to clean up and prepare a new start. Winter grows long, life begins to stir.

“ We Cosmotheists will adapt and renew these Nature-based, pre-Christian European seasonal traditions and forego Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, etc, that have been co-opted by Christians and modern society. They are ours.”

- Chairman William White Williams of the National Alliance

"The God-believer does not gaze toward distant heavens but finds the divine within the eternal laws of nature and the bond of the Volk. For him, the sacred is not confined to churches or scripture, but alive in the rhythms of life, the cycles of existence, and the unyielding will to preserve and create."
