И это были далеко не только базы в США и Европе. Так вот, этот полковник сказал , что Келог очень умный и мудрый стратег, очень жёсткий во всем и со всеми, у него повышенное чувство справедливости, но все переговоры вёл жёстко и чётко. Практически всегда добивался своего. Не знаю лично Келога, пока ещё не знаю, но привёл слова человека. Если это так и есть, то я понимаю почему выбрали Келога.
