Клубный дом расположен в Хамовниках — одном из самых респектабельных районов столицы. «Дом XXII» буден окружён парками, скверами, храмами и усадьбами.

А пока расскажем о результатах на строительной площадке — монолитные работы уже вышли на уровень 2-го этажа. Общая готовность «Дома XXII» — 19,5%, готовность монолита — 65%.

Завершается бетонирование ответственных конструкций 1-го этажа, приступаем к бетонированию типовых этажей (со 2-го по 12-й) — 7%.

Производится кладка стен в подземной части — 25%.

На строительной площадке задействовано 210 рабочих, 26 инженерно-технических работников и 8 единиц техники.

The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare.
