Оказывается, у Дзержинского водоканала есть компания "Экспресс", которую три года назад в мэрии тоже наделили статусом гарантирующей в сфере водоотведения. При этом тариф за кубометр стоков у дочурки "Экспресса" в прошлом году например был дороже на 19 рубчиков, чем у мамаши ДВК.
Предприятия и инвесторов Восточной промзоны чиновники посылали за подключением именно в "Экспресс", арендовавший кусок канализационной трубы.
В апреле суд поправил администрацию Дзержинска, предписав ей исключить "Экспресс" из гарантирующих организаций, потому что стоки она не очищает. Очистные у города только одни, они в аренде у водоканала. Поэтому всем признакам гарантирующей организации отвечает только ДВК, а не его прокладка.
Кажется, в Дзержинске у кого-то обломился схематоз с канализацией...
