КРДВ продолжает строительство промпарка «Кадалинский» на ТОР «Забайкалье». Ведутся монтажные и отделочные работы внутри трех производственных зданий общей площадью 6,2 тыс. кв. м. Три здания уже подключены к теплоснабжению. В четвертом здании - административно-бытовом - проводятся работы по устройству системы отопления, монтаж утеплителя и отделка фасада.
КРДВ предоставит производственные и административные площади, обеспеченные необходимой инфраструктурой, резидентам ТОР в льготную аренду для создания новых предприятий по выпуску импортозамещающей продукции.

During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
