به گزارش روابط عمومی سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست، همزمان با روز جهانی تالاب‌ها (۲ فوریه ۲۰۲۵)، برنامه سالانه جایزه رامسر برگزار می‌شود. این جایزه به شناسایی و تقدیر از تجربیات موفق در حفاظت از اکوسیستم‌های تالابی اختصاص دارد.
🎉 بخش‌های جایزه رامسر:
1. رویکردهای نوآورانه حفاظت تالاب
2. جوانان فعال تالابی (۱۸ تا ۳۰ سال)
3. جوامع محلی
4. خبرنگاران برتر تالابی
🗓 مهلت ارسال مدارک: تا ۱۰ دی ماه ۱۴۰۳
🔍 شرایط شرکت:
• آثار باید در ۲ سال اخیر انجام شده باشند.
• در هر بخش حداکثر ۳ اثر پذیرفته می‌شود.
• آثار فاقد نویسنده نیاز به تأییدیه کتبی رسانه دارند.
🏆 نفرات برتر در روز جهانی تالاب‌ها (۱۳ بهمن) معرفی و مورد تقدیر قرار خواهند گرفت.

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
