На Площади Республики отчётливо можно сравнить здания гостиницы Marriott и Дома Правительства.

На фасаде здания гостиницы Marriott вы не заметите ни одного кондиционера или висящего провода. Также, у Marriott сохранены большие деревянные оконные рамы (со стороны центрального фасада).

Помните историю с болтом? Когда все блогеры и политики за день стали урбанистами, а в стране проснулась Палата архитекторов.
Перед Marriott установлена летняя терраса. Но несущая конструкция закреплена к тротуарным плитам(!), а не к фасаду здания.

Терраса также служит примером и для Grand Hotel Yerevan.
Только её надо сузить на 1-1.5 метра. Пешеходы с широкого тротуара попадают в бутылочное горло между ограждением террасы и находящимся рядом деревом / пулпулаком. А в зимнее время необходимо демонтировать конструкции.
