28 февраля участники сообщества «Солдаты России» зажгли свечи в память о шестой роте Псковской дивизии ВДВ и ее подвиге во Второй Чеченской войне.
90 военнослужащих приняли бой у Аргунского ущелья, силы противника составляли 2500 боевиков под предводительством Хаттаба* и Шамиля Басаева*. 84 солдата из 6 роты тогда погибли, свердловчанин Виктор Романов после гибели командира принял командование подразделением на себя, посмертно награжден званием «Герой России». Знаменитый бой продолжался более суток.
Организаторы планируют проводить акцию памяти ежегодно.

The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
