ضیا احمد تکل سخنگوی امارت اسلامی امروز شنبه، 27 دلو از آزادی ۱۷ زندانی از زندان‌های افریقا خبر داده و می‌گوید که ۱۷ شهروند افغانستان از زندان‌های مصر، مراکش، سودان، لیبیا و موریتانیا آزاد شده‌اند.
ضیااحمد تکل در ایکس اعلام کرده است که این شهروندان به افغانستان منتقل شده‌اند.
