Отдых был организован на коммерческой основе, здесь готовили пищу, проживали и т.п. В результате действий туристов загрязнена береговая линия озера, повреждены лесные насаждения. Ущерб особо охраняемой природной территории оценили в сумму более 5 млн. рублей.
