Байгускарова задержали ещё 18 января, после чего подвергли административному аресту по статье «об организации публичного мероприятия без уведомления о его проведении».
Как пишет издание «Пруфы», во время протестов в Баймаке 17 января Байгускаров призывал людей отойти от здания суда и разойтись.
