🔸️آسم افراد مبتلا به آسم؛ سرفه، تنگی نفس و خِس خِس سینه دارند. مواردی از آسم هست که فرد از این سه علامت خِس خِس سینه و تنگی نفس را ندارد و فقط سرفه می‌کند.
🔹️چه عواملی می‌تواند باعث حمله‌ی آسم شود؟ - عفونت‌های ویروسی - شوینده‌ها و سفیدکننده‌ها مانند وایتکس - آلودگی هوا - آلرژن‌ها شامل گرده‌های گیاهی، ذرات ناشی از حیوانات، گرد و غبار منزل، سوسک حمام، کپک - مواد نگهدارنده در غذاهای آماده و بعضی از رنگ‌های خوراکی (پفک) - ورزش، خصوصاً در هوای سرد و خشک (اسکی) - استرس - بعضی از داروها مثل آسپیرین و ایبوپروفن (و بعضی از داروهای فشار خون مثل آتنولول) ----- ✔ تزریق سالانه‌ی واکسن آنفلوآنزا (آخر شهریور یا اول مهر) در بیماران مبتلا به آسم ضروری است.
