Vergessen wird hierbei sehr oft, dass wir alle wortlos zur Welt kommen und somit wir in diesem Sinne keine Wortbegrenzte Gedanken haben, sondern einen Aufmerksamen Wahrnehmer unserer Empfindungen. Für das Leben und die Qualität des Lebens ist somit nicht entscheidend, das ich denken kann und auch nicht wie und was ich denke🤭. Lebt ein Baby, das Wort los ist etwa nicht, ist es nicht eher so das ein Baby intensiver und authentischer lebt, wie ein Erwachsene der in Worten denkt😇?
Sicherlich gibt es eine Rückkopplung das aus unseren Empfindungen heraus Gedanken stimuliert und beeinflusst werden die dann wiederum in einen Rückkopplungseffekt Einfluss auf unsere Empfindungswelt nehmen. Je mehr wir aus den Herzen leben, umso mehr sind wir im Hier und Jetzt, um so mehr wir in hier und jetzt leben desto Stiller wird es in unserer Gedankenwelt🧘🏼♀️🧘🏽.
