По данным Refinitiv Eikon, цена Urals на 15 ноября составила $59/барр. При этом средний дисконт Urals (на базисах FOB Приморск и FOB Новороссийск) к Brent (North Sea Dated) в первой половине ноября составил $13,6/барр. Таким образом, российская нефть сохраняет стабильно низкий уровень ценового дисконта на протяжении практически всего 2 полугодия 2024 г. Напомним, что в 1 полугодии 2024 г. средний уровень ценового дисконта на российскую нефть был заметно выше и составлял $17,5/барр.
Дисконт ВСТО к Dubai также стабилен и держится в «коридоре» $3-4/барр. Напряженность на Ближнем Востоке и санкционное давление в конечном итоге не оказало столь существенного влияния на ставки фрахта и цены российской нефти, как опасались некоторые участники рынка. Более того, дисконт Urals к Brent в 1 кв. 2025 г. может снизиться еще на $0,6-1,0 за барр.

An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation.
