Дескать, очень нерационально тратить ракету, стоящую десятки миллионов долларов без боевой части на один завод, который, может и не так сильно пострадал Но ведь не так нужно считать. Этот запуск нужно рассматривать, как опытный эксперимент, часть процесса испытаний. И тогда все становится на место. Зачем бездумно тратить ракету на бессмысленную цель где-нибудь на островке возле Камчатки? Можно сразу убить двух зайцев – провести испытания на натуре. Хорошая экономия получается!
