И хотя трое из них — Рустам Минниханов (Татарстан), Василий Голубев (Ростовская область) и Александр Дрозденко (Ленинградская область) — руководят регионами уже более десяти лет (Голубев — с 2010 года), их «укорененность в политической элите во многом нивелирует данный фактор в качестве влияющего на устойчивость позиций», отметили авторы доклада.
Если сказать проще, то не сбрасывают эксперты со счетов Василия Голубева, несмотря на многолетний губернаторский стаж.

Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
