"ЧП в пассажирском лифте 3-й секции (грузовой лифт не работает с апреля). Пассажирский лифт ехал вниз с двумя пассажирами - дедушкой в инвалидной коляске и женщиной. Внезапно лифт начал падать по шахте вниз, и резко остановился в районе 2-го этажа. Кнопки этажей и вызова диспетчера не работали. Дедушке стало плохо - не хватало воздуха. Жители пишут жалобы о ремонте либо замене лифтов во все инстанции. Управа и управляющая организация - МД Сервис в курсе, но не чинят лифты, сроки переносят уже в 6-й раз. В Управе по телефону сказали по поводу ЧП - "ну никто же не пострадал?" Ждём пострадавших ...".
