Від роботи сержанта залежить морально-психологічний стан всього підрозділу, його готовність виконувати бойові задачі. Бійці мають довіряти сержанту, а це можливо лише коли він має авторитет, здобутий в бою.
Зараз багато розмов про причини СЗЧ в армії. Це комплекс проблем, та я радив би не забувати про аналіз системи сержантської підготовки, на яку здебільшого чомусь ніхто не звертає належної уваги.
