Также предприятию пришлось выплатить около 100 тысяч рублей и страховой компании, в которой был застрахован пострадавший в ДТП новосибирец. А так как виновным в ДТП был признан водитель автобуса, который состоял с транспортным предприятием в трудовых отношениях, руководство предприятия решило именно с него взыскать выплаченные суммы.
