Бестабачные смеси по типу, тех, которые используются в кальянах, будут относиться к никотинсодержащей продукции и попадут под соответствующие ограничения. Соответствующий закон подписал президент РФ Владимир Путин.
Такие смеси запретят продавать подросткам, а также торговать продукцией данного типа в санаториях, больницах, университетах, культурных и реабилитационных учреждениях.
Автор инициативы обосновал появление законопроекта тем, что в кальянные смеси на основе бестабачного сырья можно было добавлять любое количество «скрытого» никотина.
