Большинство контрактов фирмы «УралСтрой», принадлежащей Манукяну, выполнялись по заказу департамента дорожной инфраструктуры и транспорта Тюмени и служб заказчика Ленинского округа. В ближайшее время должен появиться еще один фигурант дела, который подписывал акты приема работ.
