Den Backofen auf 180⁰ Ober - und Unterhitze vorheizen Alle Zutaten in einen Mixer geben und zerkleinern bis eine krümelige Masse entsteht. Bei meinen Zutaten war der Mixer überfordert, hab nachher alles in einer Schüssel zusammengerührt. Aus der Masse etwa 25 kleine Kugeln formen und auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Blech legen. Lassen sich noch keine Kugeln formen noch etwas Mandelmus unterheben oder etwas Milch vegan oder nicht...Dann etwa 10 min backen. Ich hatte sie 15 min im Ofen. Etwas abkühlen lassen und in Puderzucker oder Kokosraspeln wälzen.
