Das Mehl dazugeben und ca. eine Minute rühren bis es leicht bräunlich geworden ist. Mit der Brühe aufgießen und 15 Minuten ziehen lassen. Milch beigeben und mit dem Stabmixer pürieren.
Tipp: Wenn nötig mit Salz abschmecken. Ihr könnt zum Binden auch 3 Kartoffel mitkochen und anschließend alles pürieren. Schmeckt köstlich mit angerösteten Brotwürfeln.
