Октябрьский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга приступил в рассмотрению ходатайства следствия об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Рахматшоха Курбонова, обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.5 ст.264 УК РФ.

11.05.2024 Курбонову предъявлено обвинение.

У Курбонова два защитника. Также в процессе присутствует переводчик.

The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
