Дзержинский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга вынес постановление об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Елены Калининой, подозреваемой в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.4 ст.159 УК РФ (https://www.group-telegram.com/nl/SPbGS.com/19861).
Калинина с подозрением не согласилась, у суда просила более мягкую меру.

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source."
