В рамках региональной недели, а также нашей работы по нацпроектам "Оздоровление Волги" и "Сохранение озера Байкал" встретились с Беляевым Сергеем Дагобертовичем.

Сергей Дагобертович - доктор географических наук, кандидат технических наук, сотрудник уральского филиала Российского научно-исследовательского института комплексного использования и охраны водных ресурсов. Много лет изучает механизмы регулирования антропогенного воздействия на водные объекты, разрабатывает стратегию развития водохозяйственного комплекса России, автор более 150 научных публикаций.

Обсудили многое. Так уж сложилось, что проблемы сейчас обсуждаем чаще, чем успехи. Ну да ничего. С такими людьми любой, даже самый сложный вопрос, разрешим. Главное, слушать. И слышать.
