Занятная мысль посещает меня уже несколько недель... Президент на всех выступлениях говорит, что герои СВО - это новая элита России! Очень красиво... Очень нарядно...
Но одним "Временем Героев" эту задачу не решить! Ворон ворону глаз не выклюет.
И ожидать от "Времени Героев" (проекта внутри системного), что он родит "героев", которые сменят старую элиту наверное не стоит.
А вот если...
"Время Героев" не станет единственным проектом, который начнет находить таланты среди ветеранов СВО... ....на некой базе обучать их платно или за гранты базовым знаниям. Не супер великим. Не супер крутым, но достаточным, чтобы эти люди смогли стать депутатами районных и городских Советов.
А если таких депутатов в России станет тысяча-две-три?
Если это обучение будет "спонсировано" не государством, а народом и ученики будут это знать?

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
