Идею эту Караманукян озвучил на форуме "ЕАЭС до 2030: цели, механизмы, вызовы взаимодействия бизнеса и власти" в рамках Недели российского бизнеса.
В единый центр будут направлены все проблемные вопросы, заявления хозсубъектов, после чего где будут приняты оперативные меры для их решения.
