Народное Собрание республики входит в Ассоциацию с 30 сентября 2005 года.
В этом году ассоциированными членами стали Народные Советы ДНР и ЛНР, Законодательное Собрание Запорожской области и Херсонская областная Дума.
Повестка дня включала рассмотрение 54 вопросов, касающихся развития семейного предпринимательства и бизнеса в моногородах, мер по стабилизации энергосистемы Юга России, вопросы фармацевтической деятельности, целевого обучения в вузах, поддержки сельского хозяйства и аграриев.
