В России считают важным продолжать диалог с талибами* для стабильности в Центральной Азии.
Об этом заявил глава Комитета СФ по международным делам Григорий Карасин в Душанбе.
"Сложная ситуация в Афганистане - результат 20-летнего присутствия и попыток навязать афганскому народу чуждые ему стандарты политического устройства", - добавил он.
Карасин подчеркнул, что общение с талибами* помогает поддерживать мир в регионе.
