- количество проведенных занятий - 2089.

Главная цель — помочь нижегородцам освоить навыки ЗОЖ, предотвратить хронические заболевания и поддерживать активный образ жизни.

Популярные направления: Пилатес и йога, Гимнастика с палками и Цигун, Танцы.
