Отряд кораблей в составе корветов «Громкий», «Резкий», «Герой Российской Федерации Алдар Цыденжапов» и танкера «Печенга» ВМФ России, завершил программу делового захода в порт Циндао Китайской Народной Республики.

В течение нескольких дней пребывания в порту экипажи кораблей поучаствовали в спортивных и культурных мероприятиях. Командиры кораблей Тихоокеанского флота провели встречи с администрацией Циндао и представителями командования Северного флота Народно-освободительной армии Китая.

После выхода из порта Циндао отряд кораблей взял курс на главную базу Тихоокеанского флота – город Владивосток.

An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
