Казанцы возложили цветы в память о правозащитнице Наталье Эстемировой

Акция прошла около памятника жертвам политических репрессий. В ней участвовали 15 человек, сообщила подписчица «7х7».

По словам активистов, за ними наблюдало около 10 полицейских, в том числе сотрудники центра «Э» в штатской одежде.

Наталья Эстемирова возглавляла представительство «Мемориала» в Грозном. Ее похитили и убили 15 июля 2009 года. Силовики не смогли раскрыть преступление.

For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
