3 января новогодним подарком для ленинградской детворы стало появление на прилавках одного из главных праздничных лакомств, которые дети привыкли находить под елкой - мандаринов!
Исполнительный комитет Ленинградского Городского Совета депутатов трудящихся разрешил объявить с 3 января 1944 года продажу населению мандаринов по разовым талонам январских продовольственных карточек - всем группам населения по 4 штуки.
Город оживал. До полного снятия блокады оставалось совсем немного...
