Определена дата проведения фестиваля «Рок над Амуром», он состоится 21 августа на парковке арены «Ерофей» в Хабаровске.

Кто не в курсе, делается это отнюдь не с целью насытить культурную жизнь Хабаровского края. Все эти дегтяревские ярмарки на площади Ленина и фестивали над Амуром - шикарный источник распила бюджета губернатором Дегтярёвым и министром культуры Ермошкиным. И все под видом благих дел.
