Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted.
