☝️Жизни наших граждан ничего не стоят. Буквально. Ведь, можно сидя где-нибудь на Украине, просто ПООБЕЩАТЬ каким-то дебилам деньги, и те с лёгкостью подложат взрывчатку. А потом, радостно наблюдать за совершением очередного теракта, и как в течении суток, всех дебилов нашли и схватили. В награду - следующее звание, премия. Да, и просто, для души приятно, наверняка. "Сала Укровине!"
Спасибо нашим доблестным спецслужбам. Они работают. Но они не волшебники. А дебилов ещё бесконечно много.
Очевидно, что есть необходимость сделать так, чтобы просто неоткуда, и некому было писать подобные предложения для местных исполнителей. И это вопрос уже не к спецслужбам.

Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
