Лук мелко нарезать и обжарить до золотистости, соединить с фаршем, добавить соль, сваренный до полуготовности рис и перец. Для заливки соединить сметану с горчицей, чесноком и водой. Соль по вкусу.
Запекать при 180° первые 15 минут без фольги и без соуса. Потом заливаем соусом, сверху обязательно перец болгарский, можно лавровый лист, накрыть фольгой и готовить при 180° ещё 15-20 минут 💓
