❗Совет Федерации объявил о проведении конкурса рисунков для россиян от 7 до 18 лет, посвященного 80-летию победы в Великой Отечественной войне.
Для участия необходимо подготовить картину в любой технике, форматом не менее А4 по теме Победы в Великой Отечественной войне и прислать ее фотографию в хорошем качестве.
Работы принимаются до 16 февраля 2025 года.
Итоги конкурса будут подведены в апреле 2025 года в Совете Федерации.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number.
