Прокуратура Северной Осетии установила, что 112 должностных лиц АМС Владикавказа представили неполные или недостоверные сведения в отношении себя и своих супругов. В декларационных справках они не указали сведения о банковских счетах, о доходах, полученных не по основному месту работы, а также о наличии права собственности на объекты недвижимости (частные домовладения, земельные участки). Об этом сообщает пресс-служба надзорного ведомства.
В связи с выявленными нарушениями главе АМС Владикавказа Вячеславу Мильдзихову внесено представление, по результатам рассмотрения которого виновные должностные лица привлечены к дисциплинарной ответственности.
