В ходе поездки он встретился с послом РФ в Кении Всеволодом Ткаченко и послом в Бурунди Валерием Михайловым. В ходе встреч обсуждались вопросы развития церковной жизни и проектов патриаршего экзархата Африки в этих странах.
Также Зарайский Константин посетил начальную школу имени великомученика Пантелеимона в Найроби, попечение о которой несет Русская православная церковь.
